Build a “Kindness Tree”
Act of Kindness
Kindness involves giving without any kind of exceptions and expectation to satisfy our inner feelings and to do the act of kindness consistently. To perform the act of kindness you don’t have to schedule a day or timings specifically . You can add this act along with your routine chores, a small initiative leads towards a bigger step for example appreciating someone’s effort or to greet someone with smile can make them happy. I believe kindness not only refer to to help any one but to make someone happy at moment. Doing the act of kindness not only make others happy but you also feel happy and satisfied. I perform some act of kindness today and I really enjoyed and it made me happy. I will try my best to perform these act consistently
- SAVE THE CHANGE
We often receive coin as a change and I blame myself not to keep them safely, I loose them often.
So, not to loose them I reused my watch box which is very cute and have this option to make it your own penny bank. I collect coins and store them in this box. whenever I am going outside i take out some coins and distribute them collectively to children who are begging on streets or on signal. I called it Sadqa and spiritually , in Islam muslims are encouraged to give sadqa with intention to make Allah happy and for sawaab . Today I collected some coins and give sadqa.
2. KHARIYAT POOCHO
I called my friend after ages to ask her Khariyat, how was she feeling, what she was doing and little more gossip. I really enjoyed talking about days we spend together in university. She also liked it and was happy about it that I called her.
3. MAA ki Dua Jannat ki Hawa.
Giving a helping hand to my mother during home chores really gives a support and ease to her and I feel very satisfied when I see my mother happy and she give blessings and dua for good fortune makes me satisfied and I have achieve a little. Blessings from our parents are really essential for us to achieve success and to ease our path. She got tired and sat down after making lunch in scorching summer I offer water to my mother and click this picture.
4. Kindness towards animals
In this scorching summers we hydrate our selves and spend our day in rooms with air conditions. We should think not only for humans but these animals who cannot express their feelings. I placed a water on the roof top under the shade near trees so that birds on the nearby trees can quench their thirst.
5. Organic Oxygen Tanks
We all are familiar that plants are the source of our oxygen we inhale. They are fulfilling their responsibility to provide oxygen then why are we lazy to perform our duties to keep them alive. When I water them I felt that they smile. Some days I forgot to water them but now I will try best to be consistent and water them daily.
These acts of kindness that I share might be small but the satisfaction was high and motivating to me perform these acts and other act of kindness again and again. Small acts can lead to build a huge tree of kindness.
